Hello everyone, my sister made me aware that I might have undiagnosed ADHD. I'm already an adult and this is so weird for me...but the more meme I see the more I can relate.  I have mixed feelings, not sure what to do and certainly a little afraid of whatever answer my phsycologist might give me.  Can anyone relate?

@jkinglian I have heard that a lot! The consensus seems to be that living with undiagnosed ADHD is harder. First off, most of us who can be choose to be on medication in order to combat some of what we've come to see as harmful effects of ADHD. This would all of course rely on your psychologist/psychiatrist. Secondly, the community that forms around this disability is strong and smart and very quality. I hope that you see that you are far from alone in this!
