This is my attempt at getting people a way to body-double. I'm sorry that I haven't been checking for responses. I created this site after not finding a way to connect with others, but haven't had any responses (until now, thank you!)

Thank you so much for creating this website fellow ADHD'ers could connect. @ADHD_Couple on Instagram recently did a post about body doubling and promoted your website at the end of their post, which may be part of the reason for the new activity right now (and also how I found you all- thank you!). I had never heard of Body Doubling until @ADHD_Couple 's post, and very litterally had been considering hiring an part time assistant to essentially be a body double /helper to help with focus on a whole myriad of projects I'm stuck on. Lol I'm fascinated by the idea of body doubling and truly believe this could help so many people with ADHD. So thankful to have found you all. I would love to connect more if you have time. Please let me know if you would be available to do a video session sometime soon. Thank you again!

I am looking for a body double. Since my fiance went back to work in the office and I'm working from home I feel like I just can't get anything done. All the challenging tasks on my to-do list get pushed to the last minute and my work reflects the rush.
