I have ADHD and I recently found out about body doubling, and now I want to learn more about it for a school project. 

I have to conduct quick interviews -around 5 questions- either via Zoom, or by messages  through an app (whatsapp, discord...)

 

Please let me know if you want to help and I can explain it better. Also, I'm new to this forum, so I'm still figuring things out!! I hope this post is ok.
