A new year is here, and with it has come a lot of questions and a lot of possibilities (I didn't use the word 'potential'!) No new year (in my experience) changes you. We change ourselves. We age automatically - it takes no effort (I'm not saying that it is easy) - there are so many stresses that continue to build on each other. I want to give credit where credit is due - to you.

As a neurodivergent with ADHD, I hope to hone my executive functioning skills and move forward as much as possible. I met up with a friend on New Year's Eve and we wrote intentions down on pieces of paper and then threw them into the fire. It helped me clarify my intentions/goals and I have thought back on it in order to retain some of my ideas.

Two of the traits/skills that are more commonly possessed by those in the neurodivergent community (which may be why I have it) are the abilities to see the big picture and think outside 'the box'. I used these traits/skills when I was writing down my intentions and they helped me look forward to what I truly want for this year. Better relationships, more money, a clearer career path - sure, but mostly I want to continue to grow this community and work toward providing a place where anyone can access this incredible tool of body doubling. At any time. Wherever you are.

I feel incredibly grateful to the entire community. Everyone who has thus far participated in our forums or on our Discord channel, as well as those who participate in the future - thank you for your involvement. Your involvement helps to make this site the resource that I believe it can be. A resource that I hope will aid all who can benefit from it.

Thank you,

Sean
